We specialise in facilitating work placement experiences in English-speaking companies and organisations across Slovenia for EU participants. With a track record of over 3500 successful mobilities, dedication to tailoring workplaces, and a unique preparation approach integrating cross-cultural, personal, language, and professional training, our collaborative efforts with international partners and local businesses ensure project success.

We monitor and evaluate the training process through:

• monitoring meetings in person (weekly for the 1st month and every other week after the 1st month); 
• weekly reports (for mobilities longer than 1 month – during the week when there is no monitoring meeting in person);
• constant communication via WhatsApp and phone. Each group (or individual participant) is assigned to one of our mentors.

Mobilities have numerous positive attributes and effects. Our coordination strives to guarantee a positive and beneficial experience for everyone involved. Serving this purpose, our approach involves thorough monitoring of the progress of each participant’s mobility experience. This objective is accomplished through monitoring meetings, typically held weekly during the first month, and for longer mobilities, every two weeks after the initial one month period. Monitoring meetings are always conducted in person. Some students are asked to provide weekly reports. This depends on the length of mobility and on the directions given from our mentor. In principle, weekly reports are relevant for longer mobilities only (longer than 1 month).
